What is "Fresh Start"?
Fresh Start is a program to help pave the way toward a healthier lifestyle. This program is not just focused on weight loss, but rather a holistic approach to overall better health!

How can the "Fresh Start" program benefit you?

You will work directly with a Health Coach to build healthy behaviors into sustainable habits.

You can work at a schedule and pace that works best for you!

Together, with your Health Coach, you will focus on what you CAN do and feel ready for, vs what someone says you SHOULD be doing.

If you are ready and committed to making a change, you will see improvement in not only how you look but how you feel!

You will receive Health Coach support to discuss goals, challenges and develop strategies together to help you progress.

You have the opportunity to participate in a weekly movement session with your coach.

There is no long-term commitment. This is a weekly program that you can begin and pause whenever you need to.​

My daughter is on fire now with increased strength and speed.
She is the leading hitter now on travel softball team (last year near the bottom) and her increased muscle has allowed her to use a larger bat so she can cover more of the strike zone.
Also again she loves to work out now, which has improved her mindset!

I was looking at my resting heartrate averages. Since I started working out more with you and on my own it has gone down by 10 points!!! Used to be in low 80’s in June and July and now it is in low 70’s!!! So thank you!!!
