No Time To Work Out

We are also so busy with work, kids, errands, socializing….who has the time to work out??? Not many of us! That’s why you need to make the time. It needs to be an appointment on your calendar like everything else that’s important. Being active and taking care of your body can help you to live a longer and healthier life. Who doesn’t want that? Think of the time we sit on our devices texting and scrolling through social media. The time we spend searching the internet for that perfect pair of shoes. That time can be spent taking care of you. Just carve out 30 minutes of cardio 5 days a week and 30 minutes of strength training 3 days a week. This time commitment is 2% of your entire week! Within one month, you will feel so much better! I promise. I’ve seen it from my clients who came to me from a sedentary lifestyle and are now loving how they feel!
